Credit Karma brand relaunch
Challenge: Credit Karma had been around for 10+ years but was known only for offering free credit scores. We had to re-invent and re-launch the brand as a more modern partner that helped enable financial progress.
Insight and Idea: Consumers don’t expect financial change to happen overnight, and in fact are willing to work on it when they know the steps that they need to take. We developed a new brand strategy, creative platform and GTM campaign that showcased how the new Credit Karma empowered people to create their own financial progress. We developed a suite of work narrated by Justin Theroux that featured customers making step by step progress towards their financial goals. Media included TV, OLV, OLA, digital and social.
